Abstract

Abstract Acquisition electronics, data software and optics of the Fourier transform spectrometer of the Groupe de Spectrométrie Moléculaire et Atmosphérique laboratory have been optimized over the past 5 years. Among the improvements brought on to this system is the optical fitting of 50-m White cell. This cell can be used to achieve absorption path lengths as long as 2 km. This new setup allows us to perform spectroscopic analysis of very small absorption lines.
