Tato bakalářská práce „ČSOB, a.s. – a moderní svět – digitalizace“ se zabývá digitalizací v bankovnictví v moderním světě. Úvodní část je zaměřena na teoretické poznatky, kde je v první kapitole rozebrán pojem digitalizace a jeho význam pro bankovnictví, navazující kapitola obsahuje právní úpravu a komunikaci klienta s bankou. Praktickou část bakalářské práce zahajuje třetí kapitola s detailnějším rozborem elektronického bankovnictví v Československé národní bance a seznamuje se službami nabízenými bankou. V poslední části jsou definovány produkty, které může klient získat bez potřeby navštívit pobočku výše jmenované banky. / This Bachelor thesis called “ČSOB as. – a modern world-digitisation” deals with digitisation in banking in the modern world. The first part of the thesis focuses on theoretical knowledge. In the first chapter a term "digitisation" and its importance for banking will be analysed. Next chapter contains legislation and communication between client and bank. The practical part of Bachelor thesis deals with detailed analysis of electronic /Internet banking in Czechoslovak national bank and its service. In the last part of Bachelor thesis a product will be defined that can be obtain without the need of visiting of the particular bank named above.
