Abstract

[[abstract]]本研究藉由五力分析、SWOT分析等,探討公司化後的中華郵政,在業務經營方面所面臨的優勢、劣勢,以及其在外部環境所遭遇的挑戰與威脅。結論顯示,中華郵政之經營策略,唯有不斷的創新以及提高產品服務的附加價值,並佐以適當的異業結盟,才能使行政官署轉型的中華郵政,開創新局、永續經營。 / [[abstract]]This paper explores the advantages and disadvantages of Chunghwa Post Co after its privatization in confronting the potential the challenges and threats in the business environment via five forces analysis and SWOT analysis The result shows that the Chunghwa Post may open a new front and continue to prosper if it keeps on innovating new offerings enhancing additional added value to current products and collaborating with the potential business partners in other sectors Then the Chunghwa Post could successfully turn from an institution of the government into a private enterprise
