Abstract

A new radioactive decay mode, beta-delayed three-neutron emission, has been observed in 11 Li in an intensity p 3n = (1.8 ± 0.2)%. The single and double neutron branches have intensities p 1 1n = (82 ± 7)% and p 2n = (3.9 ± 0.5_)%.
