Abstract

Abstract The large Higgs mass limit of a spontaneously broken gauge theory is examined by calculating one-loop radiative corrections to propagators and vertex functions. We have investigated the applicability of a theorem of Veltman to this gauge theory. The explicit Higgs mass dependence of the radiative corrections is found to vanish for physical scattering amplitudes.
