Data were logged in dry air using the Li-Cor internal software procedure for dilution and pressure broadening due to water vapor corrections. pCO2 were converted into wet air using the procedure described in Dickson and Goyet (1994). The IRGA was calibrated daily using pure nitrogen (Air Liquide Belgium) and two gas mixtures of a CO2 molar fraction of 366 and 810 ppm (Air Liquid
