This diploma work is focused on problems of staff training in organization Vodafone Czech republic a.s. The work is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part is composed of a literature search and a characterization of the Vodafone Czech republic a.s. The practical part deals with analysis of educational project „Staff training in Vodafone Czech republic a.s.“. The main objective of questionnaire is analyzing an employees satisfaction with educational project. Total number of 32 respondents took part in this research. Pursuant to this research, there have been proposed recommendations to improve the educational systém in this company.
