Modern society is characterized as the information technology society which knowledge or/and information make high value-added products. In this paper we heighten the power of historical experience and cultural property of overseas Korean as the driving force of international competition. It is the most important problems for us to make global network of overseas Korean Culture. 7 millions of scattered overseas Koreans overseas Koreans formed Koreatown in metropolitan areas and maintain their own Korean Culture. Networking Korean Culture in around Koreatown will make chance of mutual prosperous for both homeland and Overseas Korean. We verified many overseas Korean enjoyed Korean cultural life. For example they use and know mother tongue(Korean language), national holiday, folk customs, folk games, ceremonial occasions, traditional dress and foods, and so on. In this paper we expect the possibility of networking for Korean National Culture. Korean National Culture network not exclusive community but as an open community for heightening power of international competition.
