Abstract

Abstract Crystal growth methods of high-T c superconductors, (L̃a, M) 2CuO 4−δ (M=Sr or Ba) and YBa 2Cu 3O 7−δ, are described in detail. For both kinds of oxides, crystals with superconducting transition were successfully obtained. The maximum crystal sizes of (L̃a, M) 2CuO 4−δ and YBa 2Cu 3O 7−δ are about 25×20×5mm 3 and 6×6×3mm 3, respectively.
