Abstract

Abstract Levels in 16O at 19.04 ± 0.05 and 20.36 ± 0.07 MeV were indentified as 2 −, with total widths of 400 ± 50 and 500 ± 100 keV, and ground state radiative M2 widths of 1.5 ± 0.3 and 2.9 ± 1.0 eV, respectively.
