Abstract

Abstract The strong-coupling expansion for the energy-momentum dispersion of the scalar glueball is carried out for euclidean Z 2 and SU(2) lattice gauge theories up to 10th order in 3 dimensions and to 8th order in 4 dimensions. The results are used to study the restoration of Lorentz invariance in the continuum limit.
