On the basis of these results it is concluded that lasertherapy and electroresection with high frequency radio waves (3.8 MHz) using electrodes with "bands" or with "linears" (microneedle) gave the best results for both the therapeutical advantages with anatomical and functional integrity of the cervix and for economic reasons.
