Abstract

AbstractThe current level of groundwater resources development has been evaluated for the territory of municipal unit, urban district Usinsk, Komi Republic, and the potential of an increase of water intake at deposits has been substantiated. A hydrogeodynamic model of the geological–hydrogeological conditions, reflecting the natural–technogenic situation, has been developed and used to evaluate the forecast resources, corresponding to the natural–technogenic conditions, meeting the current regulatory requirements. The major formation sources of groundwater budget have been analyzed and the damage to river runoff for future water use has been evaluated.
