Abstract

The factors responsible of the variation of the relative average devoted to the cereals in the regions of the European Economic Community - This paper summarizes the results of a research whih aim to identify the factors responsible of the variation of the relative average devoted to the cereals in the regions of the European Economic Community. The three factors hereafter explain the greatest part of this variation : 1 - the ration of the arable land to the agricultural land ; 2 - the farm size ; 3 - the yield of the cereal compared to the competitive activities.
