Abstract

The principal aim of this work is to analyze the organization of the institution called “school” as the place designated to educate/frame-up the individuals. Opposing this institutional school model, all the text long, is carried out the analysis of the educative organization of “Paidéia” – a libertarian school in Mérida, Spain, which looks, by means of pupils actions, to create room to freedom, transforming the conventional school place in a kind of “convivial place”, which is the utmost fundamental condition to arrive to the educational self-management.
