Abstract

Abstract Isomeric cross-section ratios for (n, 2n) reactions at 14 MeV, in the medium mass range, have been systematically analysed in terms of various statistical models namely the shifted Fermi gas (SFGM), the independent pairing (IPM) and the superconductor (SM) models. The Huizenga and Vandenbosch method has been adopted here. Comparison is made with the available experimental values.
