Abstract

The article presents a discussion on the possible influences of television shows towards the perception of people regarding communication technology in North Dakota. It is believed that the perception is influenced by both the message of the show and the medium of television. The author argues that the presentation of science fiction on television creates and important dynamic and dilemma.
