Penelitain about Influence Of Extract Root Tuba (Derris Elliptica ) with Dose Differ To Anaesthesia Of Seed Fish of Nila (Oreochromis niloticus) in Transportation Closed to be executed in Group Farmer " Source Of Everlasting Mina" Countryside of Sumbersekar, District Of Dau, Unlucky Sub-Province [of] Java of Timur.Tujuan research Target is know giving of correct dose of tuba root extract ( Elliptica derris) in anaesthesia of transportation to know storey;level of kelulushidupan convalesce time depth of conciousness (time recovery) fish seed of nila (Oreochromis niloticus). This Research use method of ekperimen with attempt device use Complete Random Device (RAL). used Treatment counted 5 root extract degree of comparison poison that is 0.005 ppm; 0.0075 ppm; 0.01 ppm; 0.0125 ppm; and 0.015 ppm. Each the treatment repeated counted 5 times. With especial parameter of storey;level kelulushidupan of its supporter parameter and seed of conscious recovery time (time recovery) intake of data conducted with alumna method of lansung. Model analyse data is manner sidik and Different test of Smallest Reality (BNT). Result of research indicate that anaesthesia of tuba root extract (Derris elliptica) with different dose very is having an effect on reality to pass life of seed. Result of best pass life at dose 0.015 ppm with result 88.8 % while for conscious recovery time ( time recovery) fish of nila quickest average at treatment 0.005 ppm with value 3.71 minute. Measurement of supporter parameter covering temperature 22,73 - 24,31oC, pH 6.72 - 7, DO 3.54 - 3.81 ppm from the result menunjukan that quality of water still competent for the pass life of fish seed of nila (Oreochromis niloticus) for normal life as according to place early seed come.
