Outdoor Behaivior and Consciousness of Habitability - the Case of a Middle - Rise Apartment - House Complex

Publication Date

It is speculated that housewives who have more frequent outdoor behaivior around their houses have more consciousness of habitability. To make certain of this speculation, housewives in a middle-rise apartment-house were surveyed by the questionnaire end interview method. As this result, it was demonstrated that housewives who have a higher level of cleaning up (sweeping) entrance yards and using common spaces between apartment-house buildings have a tendency to feel more defensible and comfortable in their both indoor and outdoor lives than others.
