This diploma thesis is focused on system of staff stimulation at Czech Television. The main aim is to characterize and evaluate the current system of staff stimulation in the company and propose possible solutions. To achieve the ultimate goal several partial targets were met. The choosen techniques for data collection were document analysis, observation and questionnaire survey. The first part of this thesis is devoted to defining the key concepts – the stimulation and motivation, the influence of manager and individual incentives. In the second part is characterized the Czech Television and its system of staff stimulation, then there is a graphical overview of the results of the survey and its written report, an overall assessment and suggestions.
