A number of disadvantages of classical deodorization with live steam were considered. Glycerol deodorization of hydrated sunflower oil, followed by alkaline neutralization and bleaching was hold. Were evaluated characteristics of the original oil and the product obtained after each stage of refining. A new method for producing refined deodorized oil was proposed
