Abstract

Abstract The reaction of the C II subunit of ovine interstitial cell-stimulating hormone with cyanogen bromide resulted in fragmentation into three peptides. These peptides have been characterized and the amino acid sequence in two of them determined. From the data, the sequence of the NH 2-terminal 40 amino acids is proposed.
