Abstract

Abstract Prosthesis infection after lung and superior vena cava system resection for non-small cell lung cancer is a life-threatening complication. We report a case in which an intrathoracic muscle flap transposition was used to cure tracheal fistula associated with prosthesis infection without the explant of the vascular graft.
