Abstract

Abstract Anomalous origin of the right coronary artery (RCA) from the pulmonary trunk (PT) is rare. Fewer than 20 cases have been reported. 1 Most have been incidental findings at autopsy or during surgery for other reasons. 2–4 Rarely, diagnosis has been made by angiography. 5,6 We report here a patient with the RCA from the PT, diagnosed by 2-dimensional echocardiography (2-D echo).
