Abstract

Abstract The effect of the green lobby on consumer demand means that organizations need to adopt a structured Corporate Environmental Policy. This article describes how the few British companies who actually have such a policy are implementing it; how the approach to the problems in the U.S.A. and on the Continent of Europe differs; common factors of interest to all groups and nationalities; and suggests how a structured policy should be implemented.
