Abstract

Abstract A theoretical study has been made of the impedance of the solidm oxide electrolyte/gas electrode interface with nonuniform transport properties. The coefficient of surface diffusion of oxygen over platinum has been estimated (D≤10 −13 m 2 s ) with high degrees of filling of the adsorbing layer.
