Abstract

Abstract Miniaturized analytical methods are currently being developed to suit many needs. One area that is evolving with particular speed is HTS for pharmaceutical lead discovery. This review explores the scope and impact of miniaturized methods as applied to modern HTS, and summarizes the prospects for both existing and proposed strategies for miniaturized HTS assay systems
