Abstract

Abstract Injection of antiserum to mouse lymphocytes (A.L.S.) was found to impair clearance from the bloodstream of colloidal carbon and microaggregated human serum-albumin in mice. Intravenous injection of A.L.S. produced immediate, profound, and prolonged blockade of the reticuloendothelial system and was more effective than the same dose administered intraperitoneally.
