Abstract

Abstract A consecutive series of 30 Lambrinudi procedures for the correction of claw toes was reviewed with an average follow up of 4.7 years. Assessment was made using a standard proforma taking into account any residual symptoms and on the basis of both clinical and radiological examination. A sound radiological arthrodesis was obtained in 263 (97%) of 270 interphalangeal joints treated. 26 (86%) were graded as excellent results, two (7%) had a fair result and two (7%) were considered to have had a poor result.
