Abstract

In the article it is marked that innovative character of higher education pulls out new requirements to personality of teacher, style of his cooperation with all subjects of educational process, that is why there is a requirement in the search of facilities which will be instrumental in forming of communicative competence of future teacher in the process of his professional preparation; the results of theoretical analysis of the scientific going are presented near understanding of problem of communicative competence of teacher in an educational environment; the author’s understanding of communicative competence of teacher of preschool pedagogics and psychology as aggregates of the formed values, knowledges, abilities, skills, personality descriptions is given, that allows ateacher effectively to carry out intercourse in the field of professional activity; the ways of forming of communicative competence of future teacher of preschool pedagogics and psychology are exposed on the stage of his master’s degree preparation; possibilities of course are grounded «Training of development of communicative competence of teacher of higher school» is in this process; it is wellproven that a capture of a course is instrumental in personality growth of future teachers, opening of them, creative potential, to the capture of management pedagogical intercourse strategy from position of the personality oriented cooperation, to making of own communicative style, positive «I am conceptions».
