The present article proposes to highlight the most important concepts with regard to project manager. In this case we intend to add into discution the folowing: how to set goals and objectives, how to plan a project, how to evaluate it. Also it is important to know about costs management, communication management or quality management. Competencies of Project Manager are: 1. Setting goals and the objectives of the project. 2. Establish integrated project management requirements. 3. Planning project milestones. 4. Managing the cost's usage and the operational resources for the project. 5. Making procurement for the project. 6. Risk management. 7. Team management. 8. Communication management in the project. 9. Project quality management.
