Abstract

Abstract We present a computer simulation of crystal growth under diffusional transport in which the morphological outputs are tuned by allowing the particles to move along a diffusional path on the surface of the crystal. Simultaneous diffusion of n particles let us to solve the distribution of concentrations around the growing crystal, demonstrating Berg's effect and the formation of cellular patterns triggered by crystal morphology.
