Abstract

Abstract CYT997 was discovered as a potent tubulin polymerization inhibitor possessing potent cytotoxic activity against a range of cancer cells. Details of SAR studies, pharmacokinetic investigations and synthesis of compounds leading to the discovery of CYT997 are reported.
