Abstract

Abstract The experimental study of electrical transport in GeS x glasses (1.3 ⩽ x ⩽ 1.5) was performed by means of a thermo-stimulated depolarization technique (TSD), charging- and discharging-current and dc-conductivity measurements. It is shown that the results obtained point to non-electronic dielectric polarization phenomena. The nature of the mobile ions is briefly discussed.
