Abstract

Abstract Values are presented of (F,F) and ( 13C,F) coupling constants and of isotopic chemical shifts, obtained from the study of 13C satellites in 19F NMR spectra. Correlations are suggested of these values with the nature of substituents directly attached to the 13C atom, in particular its place in the Periodic Table. Some theoretical hypotheses relating to these nuclear magnetic parameters are qualitatively discussed.
