Ús del Capital Social i la Intel•ligència Competitiva per part de les Universitats en el procés d’adaptació a l’EEES

Results from the project called “Análisis de los procedimientos de interacción entorno-universidad en el proceso de adaptación e implementación de titulaciones oficiales al EEES”, funded by the Ministerio de Ciencia e Innovación through the Programme Estudios y Análisis, 2008. The project had different goals, one of them were achieving the knowledge of which tools Universities had used in order to adapt their degrees to the EHEA process. Among these tools, the use of the Social Capital inside Universities, and the management of it. At the same time, Competitive Intelligence could be useful in the process as a way of interacting with the environment of the Universities, from an internal and external point of view. From a long list of conclusions, it seems clear that Universities do not use enough the contacts they use in their daily activities, which do not let them increase their competitiveness and the improvement of the degrees in the EHEA
