Abstract

Summary We describe here a rare case of lymphoedema (Anderson—Fabry's disease) and its examination using isotopic lymphography. Anderson—Fabry's disease gives rise to various multisystem problems including lymphoedema which are all secondary to the deposition of glycosphingolipids in venous tissue. The prognosis particularly in homozygote males is poor.
