Abstract

Abstract This article examines the way nonclinical support services are provided in healthcare institutes through outsourcing partnerships. The integrated support services model and benefits on patient experience and safety as well as organizational efficiency and effectiveness are explored through an examination of services at a busy urban community hospital.
