Abstract

Abstract The crystallographic structure of the phase Zr 3Rh 4 has been studied by transmission electron microscopy. It was found that the phase has a basic rhombohedral lattice which is modulated by an incommensurate wave. The basic structure is isomorphous with a structure of the Pu 3Pd 4-type.
