The diploma thesis is concerned with the issues of personnel audit in a concrete company, aiming at setting suggestions for optimization of personnel relations, and with the audit of other following parts. The first part of the thesis deals with the choice and the description of used methods, namely: a questionnaire, an interview, observation and analysis of documents. The second part describes the theory of personnel audit and it presents the chosen company. The practical part of the thesis deals with the concrete analyses carried out in a concrete company with concrete employees. Mainly interpersonal relations on a workplace and the relation of the employees towards the organization and the public are observed. It is also concerned with motivation, communication, working environment as well as with respecting regulations and norms. Each sub-chapter contains a detailed continuous conclusion, possibly with a recommendation for a company management. In a conclusion, the summarizing evaluation of results is provided as well as further recommendations based on the results of the investigation.
