Abstract

Abstract A mathematical model of heat-and-mass transfer in “metal hydride-hydrogen-gas impurities” systems is presented. This model makes it possible to describe the heat-and-mass transfer taking into account the convective transfer in the metal-hydride modules, for gas mixtures containing impurities that are inactive or low-active to the hydride-forming material.
