Abstract

Abstract Lithium intercalation by soft chemistry of the NASICON-derived phosphate Cu II 0.5Ti 2(PO 4) 3 lead to the elaboration of a new phosphate Li 3.5Cu 0.5Ti 2(PO 4) 3. In this phase also of the NASICON-type the lithium and copper atoms are located in the usually labelled M(2) site but actually in strongly distorted oxygenated tetrahedra.
