The research was survey research titled ”The influence of organization climate to the lecturer performance at University of Muhammadiyah Malang”. The research aimed to find the organization climate, to find out lecturer performance and to find out significant influence between organization climate variable to the lecturer performance and to find out whether among leadership variable, motivation, communication, interaction, goal decision, control which had more influence to the lecturer performance at University of Muhammadiyah Malang. Population in this research was fixed lecturer of University of Muhammadiyah Malang which amounted 412 lecturers and the samples 20% of the lecturers, those were 82 people. Analysis used were scale and multiple linear regression. Hypothesis test used were F test, t test, and comparison of regression coefficient. Analysis showed the average total score for leadership organization climate (X1) was 203 which included to high category. Average total score for motivation organization climate (X2) was 208 which included into good category. Average total score for communication organization climate (X3) was 211 which included into good category. Average total score for organization climate interaction item (X4) was 219 which included into good category. Average total score for goal decision climate interaction item (X5) was 212 which included into good category. Average total score for organization climate controlling item (X6) was 211 which included into good category. Average total score for lecturer (Y) was 214 which included into high category, organization climate had significant influence to the University of Muhammadiyah Malang lecturer performance. It was proven by the double linear regression equation for each regression coefficient variables of organization climate. They were leadership (X1) 0,442, motivation (X2) 0,860, communication (X3) 0,909, interaction (X4) 0,878, goal decision (X5) 0,332, controlling (X6) 0,629 and R2 was 0,706 supported by F test result creating Fcount value (30,084) larger than Ftable (3,15) and t test resulted tcount value of leadership variable (3,341), motivation variable (3,708), communication (4,462), interaction (5,425), goal decision variable (2,086), control variable (2,888) larger than ttable(2,000). Thorugh Beta equation, there could be found value for communication variable (X3) was 0,909 llarger than beta value for the other variable. So that there could be found that communication variable (X3) influenced more the lecturer performance.
