Abstract

Abstract Genetic studies of Alzheimer's disease are currently limited by clinical and neuropathologic diagnostic uncertainties. Alzheimer's disease maybe less amenable to modern techniques of genetic analysis than other disorders in which diagnosis is more straightforward and hereditability more clearly established.
