Abstract

The use of information ressources in history and geography learning. - Rethinking the status and function of knowledge communication is made drastically necessary, by the increase in the number of information ressources. Elaborated in a subject matter frame work and determined by the subject issues they are often considered as substitutes of reality. The use of historical and geographical res- sources though apparently straight forward raises crucial epistemological and methodological problems which fondamentally question the objectives and the nature of the learning of these subjects.
