He++irradiation effect on HoBa2Cu3O7and YBa2Cu3O7resistive transition width in magnetic field

Abstract

Abstract Caused by magnetic field H broadening δT H of resistive transition width has been measured for high-T c c-oriented films irradiated by He ++ ions. Found relation δ T H=B·H 2 3 with the coefficient B depending on fluence is interpreted in terms of flux motion and order parameter fluctuations. The δT H anisotropy proves low sensitive to then irradiation. Decrease of the transition midpoint shift anisotropy is considered as a display of H c2 anisotropy lowering.
