Abstract

Abstract The interactions between the airlines, as customers, and the providers of ATM services are, unfortunately, complicated by the political, institutional and organisational framework within which those services are provided. This adds to the already complex technical and operational issues surrounding the transition to the future ATM/CNS environment.
