Abstract

Abstract Splint therapy for mandibular repositioning is an accepted method of treatment for patients with temporomandibular joint pain and dysfunction. An accurate method of registering the optimal mandibular position on the basis of meniscocondyle relationships depicted on arthrographs is described.
