Abstract

Abstract We present the three-dimensional vector equations governing carrier and heat transport in a semiconductor by drift, diffusion, and thermal diffusion under the influence of a magnetic field. The equations are derived in the framework of Onsager's principles of irreversible, thermodynamics.
