Abstract

Abstract Different types of water are present in the core of inside-up vesicles; their relative populations are modified when small molecules like aminoacids or oligopeptides are dissolved in the aqueous compartment. I.R. spectroscopy allows the monitoring of the water organization in terms of greater or lesser molecular freedom.
